Services

•Prepare a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition, using Best Case software, from the Client Intake Forms and supporting documents. The petition will include all required schedules and local forms for bankruptcy district.  

•Check PACER website to determine if and when the clients have previously filed bankruptcy.

•Check with the county recorders office for real property ownership and to determine if there are any outstanding liens or judgments against the clients.

•Use Kelly Blue Book or NADA website to verify the value of any vehicles owned by the clients.

•Perform any additional due diligence as needed.
